Another tool that helps maintain focus and direct energy in a positive flow are affirmations. An affirmation is a declaration that something is true. Affirmations can be spoken aloud, sung, chanted or said silently to oneself.
The most well-known and commonly used affirmation is the word "Amen," which means "and so it is." At the conclusion of a prayer, the pray-er is affirming that God has heard the request and is in the process of creating the divine reflection of your desire.
Your affirmations should consist of positive thoughts, put in positive words.You may choose to make up your own affirmations or repeat tried and true affirmations. People just beginning to affirm their prosperity may at first feel silly. So as not to inhibit yourself, we recommend that you affirm in private.
