Amba is also a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance and a Senior Kali Natha Yoga Teacher in the tradition of her Guru, Ma Jaya Bhagavati of Kashi Ashram. barbara brooks

Barbara Brooks paints. A lot. Like her life depends on it. She used to paint mandalas -- an ancient style of circular art that helps heal, calm, transform -- and now she paints spontaneously. Her work is beautiful, colorful, youthful, vibrant, whimsical and just plain fun. She has exhibited her work at the Wallflower Gallery in Miami and the Backus Gallery in Fort Pierce. Currently, she has work displayed at Bodega Blue restaurant, Hacienda Wellness Center and the Vero Beach Wellness Center. I Am EnergyI Am Energy is the brainchild of Lincoln Potwin and Kristin Goodwin, graduates of Dartmouth College -- he has a master's degree in bio-medical engineering, she a bachelor's degree in psychology and sociology. Having achieved their academic goals, they are now pursuing their passion, which encompasses spreading a positive message about a person's place in the universe. With about 400 t-shirts loaded into a van, this dynamic duo is traversing the country selling their wares and uplifting spirits. A simple stick figure (gender/race/age-free) comprised of the letters "I AM"  illustrates affirmations on the front of some great t-shirts. From "I Am World Peace" to "I Am Prosperous," these shirts remind the wearer and those who encounter the wearer to fill their mind with positive thoughts instead of the alternative. Wearing affirmations empowers a person. Words, pictures and intention carry tremendous power and placing that power on our person catapults us from merely giving lip service to whole body commitment. It's also a great way to communicate easily and effortlessly what you're about. Check out these t-shirts by logging on to iamnrg.com.
